Provide legal and litigation management, government and stakeholder engagement, contractor due diligence, and compliance advice for Philippine mining operations. Develop legal strategies, represent OceanaGold in disputes and negotiations, manage external counsel, and ensure adherence to mining, corporate, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage all exploration activities for the Didipio mine, including tenement management, exploration planning and compliance, resource assessment and estimation, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, staff training, and recommending acquisitions to grow gold-copper resources.

Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Asset President at Didipio Mine, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, document and records management, expense and budget support, and stakeholder liaison. Ensure confidential information is managed securely and partner with site leadership to coordinate business priorities.

Develop and execute short-range open pit mine plans to meet production targets. Coordinate with operations, geology, and drill & blast, produce bench/dig/dump designs, monitor plan compliance, reconcile end-of-month production, and drive continuous improvement through data and field engagement.

Serve as the operations liaison for continuous improvement in processing: manage permit-to-work and isolations, coordinate contractor onboarding and safety compliance, streamline CI execution logistics, monitor field activities, document outcomes and lessons, and promote operational ownership of CI initiatives.

Provide day-to-day administration and support for People & Culture systems: maintain employee data, perform QA/QC and audits, troubleshoot issues with IT, run scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards (Power BI), document processes, deliver basic user training, and support system updates and continuous improvements.

Lead underground mine engineering at Didipio delivering safe, efficient, cost-effective production. Oversee drill & blast, ventilation, paste backfill, load-and-haul, and development; build local capability, maintain engineering standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead development and delivery of site health and safety programs at an underground mine. Ensure MSHA compliance, conduct audits, risk reviews, training and reporting, coordinate emergency response and MSHA liaison, mentor safety staff, and act as Safety Manager when absent.

Provide strategic legal advice across Canada and the U.S. on corporate, commercial, securities, compliance, employment and litigation matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support continuous disclosure and M&A; manage litigation strategy; act as key legal contact for the Haile Gold Mine; oversee external counsel; support corporate governance and policy development.

Lead investor relations strategy and communications to articulate financial performance and long-term growth. Manage investor engagement (earnings calls, roadshows), produce disclosures and investor materials, ensure compliance, advise executives on market sentiment, and strengthen analyst and investor relationships to enhance company valuation.

Lead capital budgeting and capital project accounting activities: prepare and analyze AFEs, perform NPV/ROI and variance analysis, monitor forecasts and cash flows, collaborate with project managers, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and report project performance to senior management.

Lead site business and data analysts to deliver executive reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, govern process frameworks, prepare budgets, and manage project plans to support senior site leadership and strategic decision-making at the Didipio underground mine.

Lead payroll governance, compliance and process improvements for New Zealand payrolls. Design controls, maintain compliance documentation, monitor legislation, and provide payroll SME guidance while embedding system and process changes across stakeholders.
