Provide metallurgical input to optimize Process Plant recovery and throughput for copper and gold. Monitor and evaluate metallurgical processes, troubleshoot operations, prepare technical reports and procedures, analyze data, and recommend process and policy improvements to maximize metal recovery.

Receive, check, sort, label, bin and issue goods; perform stocktakes, update picking slips and purchase orders, maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, inspect lifting equipment, and address end-user inquiries and simple warehouse issues, reporting problems to supervisors for resolution.

Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives for Didipio and broader organization: forecast workforce needs, build talent pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, execute sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, promote employer branding, analyze recruitment data to improve time-to-fill and hiring quality, and partner with business leaders to align hiring with workforce plans and diversity goals.

Plan, design, and optimize open-pit drill and blast programs; generate drill patterns, blast timing, sequences and schedules; analyze compliance and pit sequencing; prepare short-range and monthly plans; coordinate with geology, engineering and operations to meet short- and long-range production goals.

Develop and execute short-range open pit mine plans to meet production targets. Coordinate with operations, geology, and drill & blast, produce bench/dig/dump designs, monitor plan compliance, reconcile end-of-month production, and drive continuous improvement through data and field engagement.

Lead development and delivery of site health and safety programs at an underground mine. Ensure MSHA compliance, conduct audits, risk reviews, training and reporting, coordinate emergency response and MSHA liaison, mentor safety staff, and act as Safety Manager when absent.

Provide strategic legal advice across Canada and the U.S. on corporate, commercial, securities, compliance, employment and litigation matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support continuous disclosure and M&A; manage litigation strategy; act as key legal contact for the Haile Gold Mine; oversee external counsel; support corporate governance and policy development.

Lead design and execution of underground mine infrastructure projects including ventilation, dewatering/pumping, electrical substations, construction engineering, scheduling, and drawings. Model systems (Ventsim, Pumpsim), prepare AFEs, and support life-of-mine infrastructure planning to enable continuous underground operations.

Lead investor relations strategy and communications to articulate financial performance and long-term growth. Manage investor engagement (earnings calls, roadshows), produce disclosures and investor materials, ensure compliance, advise executives on market sentiment, and strengthen analyst and investor relationships to enhance company valuation.
