Responsibilities include project planning, infrastructure reviews, documentation updates, stakeholder review, quality assurance, and final recommendations for ongoing network governance and maintenance.

Paid communications internship supporting OceanaGold’s External Affairs and Social Performance team at the Waihi mine. Responsibilities include creating internal and external content, producing e-newsletters, assisting with events, supporting communications projects, educating the public about mining and the Waihi North Project, and presenting internship learnings to site management. The role runs from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027 on a 9-day fortnight roster.

Paid on-site accounting internship at OceanaGold’s Waihi mine from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027. The intern will support property maintenance planning, cost estimation, budgeting, rates allocation, and database development for company properties. Responsibilities include collaborating with the property and Commercial teams, participating in intern projects, and presenting outcomes to site management. The role requires current Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance study, strong academics, communication and teamwork skills, a full New Zealand Class 1 driver’s licence, and unrestricted New Zealand working rights.

Lead site business and data analysts to deliver executive reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, govern process frameworks, prepare budgets, and manage project plans to support senior site leadership and strategic decision-making at the Didipio underground mine.
