Oversees feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, quality, safety, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinates contractors, consultants, suppliers, engineering partners, and operations teams while coaching project personnel and ensuring successful transition into operations.

Lead site business and data analysts to deliver executive reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, govern process frameworks, prepare budgets, and manage project plans to support senior site leadership and strategic decision-making at the Didipio underground mine.
