Lead development and delivery of site health and safety programs at an underground mine. Ensure MSHA compliance, conduct audits, risk reviews, training and reporting, coordinate emergency response and MSHA liaison, mentor safety staff, and act as Safety Manager when absent.

Provide strategic legal advice across Canada and the U.S. on corporate, commercial, securities, compliance, employment and litigation matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support continuous disclosure and M&A; manage litigation strategy; act as key legal contact for the Haile Gold Mine; oversee external counsel; support corporate governance and policy development.

Represents site technical interests during mineral processing project design and execution. Reviews engineering deliverables, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces, manages design changes, supports procurement and vendor evaluations, and ensures brownfield integration with operating plant constraints. Participates in risk assessments, HAZOPs, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, and project handover. The role also supports process performance improvement, safety, contractor coordination, and technical decision-making across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams.

Leads biodiversity conservation, environmental research, impact assessments, restoration initiatives, regulatory compliance, and sustainability programs at a mining operation. Oversees ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 adherence, environmental risk mitigation, research-related budgeting, stakeholder awareness, and corrective actions. Requires substantial mining-sector environmental management experience, biodiversity assessment expertise, supervisory leadership, GIS or ecological modeling capability, and eligibility as a Category B Pollution Control Officer.

The Senior Financial Accountant manages month-end close, journals, technical accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, tax compliance, statutory reporting, audits, and SOX financial controls. The role also supports finance systems upgrades, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational finance teams while serving as a senior technical accounting resource.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, training, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintains SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters, ensures accurate and compliant employee data, assists with HR marketing activities, partners with Payroll, IT, and Health & Safety teams, and handles HR administration, invoices, and reporting.

Lead metallurgical testing and plant optimisation to maximise gold and copper recoveries. Manage lab and metallurgical staff, troubleshoot process plant performance, run trials, report production statistics, update SOPs, and coordinate with operations and suppliers.

Support month-end accounting for NZ operations including preparing journals in Pronto, balance sheet reconciliations, OneStream statutory consolidation, tax returns, audit support, AP/payroll administration in Redmap, SOX/internal controls work, and finance systems projects and process improvements.

Lead site business and data analysts to deliver executive reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, govern process frameworks, prepare budgets, and manage project plans to support senior site leadership and strategic decision-making at the Didipio underground mine.
