Oversee onboarding and work authorization compliance. Lead data-driven reliability improvements for underground mining equipment: perform RCFA, analyze MTBF/MTTR/OEE, implement predictive maintenance and reliability strategies, mentor teams, liaise with OEMs, and support cost/benefit and safety-aligned improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Lead enterprise OT, automation, industrial data and digital mining technology strategy. Evaluate and implement automation, tele-remote/autonomous systems, operational data platforms, analytics/AI, and OT cybersecurity. Provide technical assurance, drive technology roadmaps, support projects and site capability, and mentor OT professionals to improve safety, reliability and operational performance.

Lead metallurgical and ore-processing continuous improvement across the site, develop and maintain Value Driver Trees, prioritize and value initiatives, build business cases, track implementation and benefits in WiredUp, facilitate workshops, and report progress to management and corporate CI reviews.

Lead development and delivery of site health and safety programs at an underground mine. Ensure MSHA compliance, conduct audits, risk reviews, training and reporting, coordinate emergency response and MSHA liaison, mentor safety staff, and act as Safety Manager when absent.

Provide strategic legal advice across Canada and the U.S. on corporate, commercial, securities, compliance, employment and litigation matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support continuous disclosure and M&A; manage litigation strategy; act as key legal contact for the Haile Gold Mine; oversee external counsel; support corporate governance and policy development.

Lead metallurgical testing and plant optimisation to maximise gold and copper recoveries. Manage lab and metallurgical staff, troubleshoot process plant performance, run trials, report production statistics, update SOPs, and coordinate with operations and suppliers.

Lead capital budgeting and capital project accounting activities: prepare and analyze AFEs, perform NPV/ROI and variance analysis, monitor forecasts and cash flows, collaborate with project managers, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and report project performance to senior management.

Lead site business and data analysts to deliver executive reporting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, govern process frameworks, prepare budgets, and manage project plans to support senior site leadership and strategic decision-making at the Didipio underground mine.
