Maintain and support DCS/SCADA and VFD systems (CENTUM VP, Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley), design control/instrumentation, develop HMIs and SOPs, troubleshoot control system issues, and liaise with permits/agencies.

Lead Canadian and international tax compliance, provision preparation under IFRS, transfer pricing analysis, cross-border tax projects, audits resolution, and provide technical tax guidance to finance teams and external advisors.

Provide legal and litigation management, government and stakeholder engagement, contractor due diligence, and compliance advice for Philippine mining operations. Develop legal strategies, represent OceanaGold in disputes and negotiations, manage external counsel, and ensure adherence to mining, corporate, tax, and regulatory requirements.
