Leads the Purchasing function and Buyer team at Haile Gold Mine, overseeing sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, contracts, purchase orders, forecasting, compliance, and performance management. Develops KPIs, spend analyses, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements while partnering with operational and corporate stakeholders. Champions automation, data-driven decision-making, governance, and continuous improvement, providing strategic recommendations to site and senior leadership.

Manage receiving and warehouse operations: check, sort, label, bin, issue goods; perform stocktakes, update records, ensure safe lifting equipment use, maintain cleanliness, and assist end-users with inquiries and resolution.

Lead Australian and international corporate tax compliance, reporting, provisions, transfer pricing, advisory, audits, and cross-border tax projects. Partner with finance teams, external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities while monitoring legislative changes and translating complex tax matters for business stakeholders. The role supports global operations and reports to the Vice President of Tax.
