Oversee metallurgical operations within a mining process plant, leading metallurgists and technicians, optimizing recovery and throughput, supervising testing and improvement projects, maintaining production and metallurgical accounting systems, managing assay laboratory relationships, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and supporting production forecasting and budgeting. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, reporting, planning, communication, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Coordinates community and stakeholder engagement reporting, meetings, databases, document control, and engagement plans for the Waihi Operation. Supports regulatory social-impact reporting and community perception surveys. Assists with external communications by creating and formatting newsletters, fact sheets, presentations, social media content, maps, panels, and signage while maintaining corporate style standards.
