Serve as a middle-office lead for private credit deal lifecycle activities: coordinate deal closings, analyze legal documents, manage banking/custodian relationships, oversee stakeholder reporting, document management, and drive process improvements and automation across cross-functional teams.

Manage fund accounting and taxation for investment legal entities. Review deal structures, accounting setups, investment funding allocations, partner-class expenses, books, ownership splits, capital allocations, debt, and tax filing support. Coordinate with internal and external tax teams, oversee offshore accounting staff, provide training, and support process and technology improvements. The role requires strong private credit or private equity knowledge, tiered partnership taxation familiarity, analytical ability, and a bachelor's degree.
