Provide legal advice and transactional support for global private debt investments, negotiate credit and financing documents, manage amendments and closings, research private credit trends, support firm-wide initiatives, oversee KYC collection, and mentor junior legal personnel. Two-year Associate role on the U.S. Senior Loans team participating in transaction execution and portfolio management. Responsibilities include detailed financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry due diligence, deal structuring and documentation, negotiation support, and monitoring portfolio loan performance.

The Assistant Vice President will manage projects related to capital solutions, oversee transaction execution, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance.
