The Vice President will lead the Strategy and Operations Team, managing business transformation projects, building stakeholder relationships, and analyzing complex data to drive strategic initiatives and improvements.

Lead strategy and operations for Business Transformation, managing cross-functional stakeholders, delivering multiple high-visibility programs end-to-end. Drive project planning, facilitation, KPIs, process design, training, risk mitigation, and change management. Act as SME, manage direct reports, analyze complex data, and produce consumable presentations to align business, technology, and vendors.

The Vice President will lead the Risk Reporting & Analytics team, managing portfolio analytics, investment operations, data management, and reporting for private credit strategies.
