Teams at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.

Serve as a middle-office lead for private credit deal lifecycle activities: coordinate deal closings, analyze legal documents, manage banking/custodian relationships, oversee stakeholder reporting, document management, and drive process improvements and automation across cross-functional teams.

Provide end-to-end trade processing support for Oaktree and Brookfield PSG, including trade booking, allocation, confirmation, settlement, exception resolution, and custodial communication. Drive STP and process improvement initiatives, partner with technology on system requirements, testing, and deployments, and maintain operational documentation and training.

Manage fund accounting for private investment funds: maintain books and records, perform complex management fee and waterfall calculations, record and reconcile transactions and balances, estimate accruals, prepare allocations, distributions and financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate with auditors, custodians, prime brokers and administrators.
