Reviews credit agreements and fee letters, maintains operational controls, manages stakeholder communications, identifies process bottlenecks, and supports automation and systems improvements.

The role requires private credit middle-office expertise, strong analytical and organizational skills, cross-functional communication, and potential supervisory responsibility.

Build and own data-intensive credit platform components across pipelines, services, analytics, APIs, and user-facing applications. Partner directly with investment professionals to define priorities, make product decisions, and deliver business value. Modernize cloud architecture, apply generative AI responsibly, implement CI/CD and observability, mentor engineers, and communicate technical trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
