Lead plant quality assurance and control for high-speed manufacturing: manage product release reviews, investigate customer complaints, implement corrective and preventative actions, audit processes, monitor KPIs, train production teams, and maintain quality documentation and compliance.

Lead SAP functional analysis for order-to-cash processes: gather requirements, translate to designs and test cases, support full lifecycle implementations, troubleshoot and ensure integration across IT teams.

Support customer account management and sales operations through order tracking, issue resolution, forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance tracking. Carry out 3-phase testing and installations, troubleshoot Low Voltage systems, small power and lighting, and complete basic mechanical tasks safely to support fast, efficient production.
