Lead SAP functional analyst for order-to-cash and commercial processes. Gather and translate business requirements, produce design and test artifacts, support full lifecycle SAP implementations, troubleshoot and maintain solutions, and collaborate with IT teams for integrations and cross-functional delivery.

Lead execution and ownership of the European product portfolio, driving lifecycle decisions, IBP integration, NPD delivery, lightweighting and returnable bottle strategies, cross-functional alignment, budget management, and stakeholder communication to ensure profitable, compliant, and operationally feasible product launches.

Provide electrical or mechanical engineering support for plant operations, managing engineering services, maintaining equipment reliability, following safety and quality procedures, and supporting production targets. Full on-site training provided.

Manage the production line to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals. Serve as customer liaison, analyze production data, coach and engage team members, and collaborate cross-departmentally to support 24/7 operations.

Support customer accounts with order tracking, documentation, and issue resolution; assist sales forecasting and pricing analysis; lead projects to improve processes; collaborate cross-functionally and participate in structured learning and mentorship to develop into commercial sales roles.

Provide securities, corporate governance, and capital markets legal advice for a public company. Draft and review SEC filings and disclosures, support capital markets and credit transactions, manage insider trading policies and board/committee matters, maintain governance documents, and collaborate with finance, investor relations, treasury, and other functions.

Operate and maintain packaging department equipment, perform manual packing and palletizing, inspect glass containers for defects, perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks, follow safety procedures and complete required reports. Support continuous product flow and perform related duties including lockout/tagout and manual packing when needed.

Own and optimize global talent processes and HR technology product suites (recruiting, onboarding, performance, talent reviews, succession, learning). Oversee help desk and escalations, maintain governance and desktop procedures, drive automation and analytics, and partner with HR, IT, vendors and managed services to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead SAP FI/CO functional design, implementation, testing, and support for finance processes. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define to-be processes, develop test scenarios, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements across General Ledger, AP/AR, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Project System, costing and profitability areas.

Serve as the primary IT contact for SAP order-to-cash; gather and translate business requirements into designs and test cases; support full lifecycle SAP implementations; troubleshoot and maintain SAP solutions; collaborate with IT teams on integrations and ensure systems support commercial and order-to-cash needs.

Serve as product owner and SME for global Core HR and Total Rewards processes and platforms (SuccessFactors EC, Compensation, ServiceNow HRSD). Manage help desk/vendor portal operations, escalations, governance (RACI, SOPs), desktop procedures, and audit readiness. Partner with HR networks, GBS/Accenture, IT, Payroll, and Finance to drive automation, analytics, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery across employee master data, payroll inputs, workforce transactions, and separations.

Manage and process weekly hourly plant payroll, reconcile payroll files and GL interfaces, ensure SOX compliance, and prepare payroll reports. Support benefits and compensation administration, training, performance tracking, and HR recordkeeping. Partner with Plant HR Manager on disability, relocations, requisitions, and labor/employee relations including grievance administration.
