Supports quality and manufacturing development projects across North American glass production facilities. Responsibilities include laboratory testing, audits, food safety compliance, corrective actions, quality data analysis, process improvement, customer investigations, documentation control, and quality-system optimization. The role includes plant rotations, extensive travel, technical training, and progression toward independent project leadership and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Supports plant HR operations, including hourly payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, engagement, performance management, training, labor relations, and employee communications. Partners with plant leadership and employees in a manufacturing environment, maintains a visible production-floor presence, and helps implement HR initiatives, continuous improvement, and talent development programs.

Leads plant logistics operations, including warehouse management, distribution, transportation, finished-goods storage, packaging returns, and third-party logistics provider performance. Oversees contract KPIs, safety, service delivery, continuous improvement, budgets and logistics P&L. Manages a 24/7 operation supporting more than 50 people, coordinates internal and external warehouses, develops facility maintenance plans, and travels to external warehouses and customer sites.
