Effectue l’entretien préventif et les réparations des équipements et structures d’une usine, notamment la soudure de l’acier et de l’acier inoxydable. Exécute les bons de travail, détecte et résout les problèmes, interprète des plans et soutient techniquement le département des mélanges et de l’élaboration, tout en respectant les règles de sécurité et en travaillant dans des environnements chauds ou restreints.

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance in a glass manufacturing plant, executes work orders, repairs structures, performs specialized steel and stainless-steel welding, troubleshoots equipment, and supports the mixing and production department. The role requires safe work in hot and confined environments, interpretation of technical drawings, physical handling of heavy objects, and compliance with plant and construction safety regulations.

Maintains and improves electrical and control systems supporting glass manufacturing production lines and plant infrastructure. Responsibilities include calibrating and installing control instruments, replacing components, performing preventive maintenance, programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives, servo controllers, and configuring Ethernet network devices. The role also responds to electrical breakdowns, supports equipment standardization and installation, and performs work in compliance with regulations on a rotating 12-hour day and night schedule.
