Manage process variables, drive quality improvements, coach line personnel, oversee ware inspection, support maintenance to improve equipment reliability, and implement corrective actions during job changes.

Provide advanced SAP Basis technical expertise and operational support across on-premise and cloud SAP environments. Perform installations, patching, upgrades, system copies, monitoring, performance tuning, transports, job management, DR testing, and vendor coordination. Troubleshoot complex issues, support audits, mentor junior staff, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain system availability and reliability.

Execute work orders and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a glass fabrication plant. Repair/build structures, perform specialized welding (steel and stainless), read and interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, support mixing department, follow safety regulations, and pass a practical welding test before start.
