Work with the development team to build and improve full-stack web applications using React and Node.js. Write clean code, assist with debugging, integrate APIs, participate in code reviews, support testing, documentation, and deployment, and learn best practices under mentorship.

Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline through outbound telemarketing, email and social media. Provide quotations, set appointments, update CRM, meet KPIs, attend industry events, and research new market opportunities.

Manage assigned client accounts in the telecommunications/UCaaS space, act as primary client contact, collaborate with Sales, Support and Product teams, drive upsell and retention, deliver presentations and proposals, monitor usage metrics, and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Develop and maintain React web and mobile UI components, customize and integrate Zoho apps, write clean code, assist with testing and bug fixes, participate in agile ceremonies, document tasks, and support internal teams.

Support execution and optimization of digital marketing: create and publish social content, run email campaigns, monitor analytics, conduct market research, assist paid ads, and produce written marketing materials to drive engagement and leads.

Lead and own inbound support operations, supervise ticket flow and job scheduling, act as final technical escalation for network, connectivity, voice, and installation issues, support field technicians, improve processes and documentation, and deliver weekly operational reporting.

Support digital marketing efforts including social media content creation and scheduling, email marketing and newsletters, website content and SEO help, competitor research, event collateral preparation, and tracking campaign performance metrics.

Support day-to-day financial operations including billing, receivables, supplier payments, stock and asset records, petty cash and cashflow controls. Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, follow up on overdue receivables, assist procurement, and provide administrative support to finance and operational teams while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Contact overdue customers via calls, email, tickets and WhatsApp to recover payments; handle billing disputes; coordinate with Legal and Billing; book meetings and visit customers as needed; update CRM and billing systems; meet collection targets and maintain professional customer communication.

Work with product and design to build and maintain React UI components (web and mobile), integrate and customize Zoho apps, write clean code, fix bugs, participate in Agile ceremonies, document technical tasks, and support internal teams on the platform.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, onboarding, product adoption, and field visits. Resolve tickets and escalations, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Sales/Support/Billing, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.

Support billing operations by preparing and issuing customer invoices, maintaining client records in Zoho Books/CRM, tracking payments and account statuses, handling debit orders and reconciliations, resolving billing queries, and assisting with financial reporting and audit documentation.

Support Nxatel's digital and brand marketing by creating and scheduling social content, running paid campaigns, assisting SEO and email marketing, supporting GTM launches, event and partner coordination, developing sales enablement materials, handling PR tasks, and tracking analytics to improve performance.

Support product managers with market research, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, Agile development tasks (user stories, UAT), documentation, customer support, performance tracking, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and improvements.

Manage customer billing and collections using Zoho Books/Billing and company payment portals. Reconcile payments (EFTs, debit orders), handle billing queries, escalate overdue accounts, collaborate with Sales/Support, and assist monthly billing cycles and reporting.

Rotate through digital IT roles including customer support, scrum facilitation, front-end web development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React Native, product QA testing, and technical writing. Provide hands-on support, document issues, and assist teams while learning under mentorship.

Coordinate and track internal projects, tasks, and timelines across teams; follow up with stakeholders and escalate blockers; maintain project plans, task boards, and weekly status reports; document business and customer requirements; translate technical details for business stakeholders; gather customer feedback and track recurring issues. Over 6–12 months, expand into product ownership, roadmap support, prioritization, and monitoring basic product performance.

Support social media management, content creation, analytics, email campaigns, blog and website content, market research, and online advertising; optimize performance and suggest new digital strategies while collaborating with the marketing director.
