Manage retrofit projects from customer coordination through completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, costs, engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing, field service planning, and customer communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor risks and progress, resolve issues and claims, ensure contract requirements are met, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Operates, sets up, and inspects CNC horizontal boring mill equipment to produce precision parts within required tolerances. Interprets technical drawings, adjusts machine controls, troubleshoots malfunctions, uses precision measurement tools, operates forklifts, performs basic preventative maintenance, and follows safety and environmental procedures in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Leads procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and supply chain personnel for engineered ESP products. Develops supply plans, manages critical components and inventory controls, mitigates supply risks, tracks performance metrics, supports forecasting and production planning, maintains ERP data, and coordinates sourcing, trade compliance, warehouse operations, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
