Lead technical and operational alignment of riser inspection and repair across the Eastern Hemisphere. Coordinate with customers, engineering, programs, and operations to define scopes, support CBM and non-CBM activities, drive standardization and continuous improvement, review proposals, plan resources, maintain documentation, and ensure HSE and quality compliance while enabling regional commercial and operational success.

Lead and manage the Riser team for offshore and onshore projects across South Africa and Angola. Oversee workshop and field operations, project scoping and quoting, resource allocation, cost and schedule control, HSE compliance, client liaison, and financial reporting to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement.

Drive new customer acquisition and market entry across Europe and Africa for NOV connector products. Identify, develop, and qualify opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and partners, influence specifications, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Management for execution. Measured by opportunity quality and pipeline growth.
