Supervise field operators and technicians responsible for maintaining and restoring rented equipment. Manage schedules, training, field checks, rig surveys, equipment inspections, customer communications, invoicing, and coordination with shop personnel. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safe equipment setup, high-quality service, and employee development. The role requires solids control equipment experience, troubleshooting knowledge, VFD programming, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel of up to 75%.

Develops, validates, optimizes, and applies advanced nondestructive testing technologies for industrial and tubular inspection. Responsibilities include UT, PAUT, and EMI method development; inspection data analysis; equipment and sensor validation; laboratory and field testing; troubleshooting; technical documentation; and multidisciplinary engineering collaboration. Requires 3–5 years of hands-on NDT experience, relevant technical education, and experience with inspection data and equipment.

Leads complex cross-functional artificial lift product development and NPI programs from concept through commercial release and field deployment. Manages PLM stage gates, schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, engineering changes, production readiness, supply chain coordination, quality, and executive reviews. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and other stakeholders while managing concurrent programs and portfolio priorities. Supports ESP and artificial lift product lifecycle activities, customer deployments, continuous improvement, and team mentoring.
