Design mechanical systems and components for wireline and oilfield products, produce engineering drawings and calculations, support small-to-medium projects, perform tests and FATs, liaise with clients/suppliers, ensure compliance with industry codes and manufacturing requirements, and support manufacturing and project schedules.

Provide technical authority and field support for downhole drilling tools across Southeast Asia. Support sales, analyze drilling performance, lead investigations, train clients and staff, manage product introductions, and drive continuous product and operational improvements.

Serve as primary customer contact for spare parts orders: register, process, follow up, coordinate internal teams, perform pre-invoicing checks, process credit notes, maintain portals, and manage reporting and documentation to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
