Own and drive the IMS and Shoretime product strategy, roadmap, and backlog. Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, coordinate releases, UAT, training, and production support, ensure compliance and data governance, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user experience.

Manage pre-employment onboarding for shipboard candidates: review and file documentation, enter candidate data into SuccessFactors, coordinate medical appointments and background checks, send DocuSign packets, and liaise with medical and assignment teams to ensure USCG compliance and training readiness.

Create and manage trade-facing enablement content (digital coursework, webinars, presentations, videos, guides) to support sales readiness, partner engagement, and revenue growth. Partner cross-functionally, maintain learning libraries, run webinars/onboarding, analyze usage and feedback, and recommend improvements to training and communication strategies.

Lead enterprise mobile application delivery and operational excellence across the guest journey. Manage multidisciplinary teams and MSP partners, oversee SDLC/Agile delivery, budgets, integrations, experimentation/A-B testing, and AI adoption. Ensure platform stability, release predictability, security, and measurable business value while building a high-performing mobile organization.

Design, build, and validate predictive models and forecasting algorithms for pricing, booking curves, cancellations, and upgrades. Prepare and ETL large datasets (Snowflake) using SQL and Python, calibrate RMS algorithms, run A/B tests and attribution, and create dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. Collaborate with data engineers and revenue managers to productionize models and translate results for stakeholders.

Manage inventory and pricing to maximize net ticket revenue for assigned markets. Monitor distribution channels, analyze reports and competitor pricing, recommend pricing and inventory actions, deploy strategic pricing for new sailings, collaborate with team and management, and perform data-driven revenue management and reporting.

Lead and execute strategic sourcing projects for assigned categories: define specifications, perform market and spend analysis, obtain and compare supplier quotes, support supplier selection and negotiation, track and report savings, manage supplier performance and relationships, and assist with contracts for strategic purchases.

Provide exceptional booking and customer service to travel agents and luxury cruise guests. Build relationships, recommend and sell Regent Seven Seas products, process reservations, document special requests, upsell ancillary services, and escalate issues to ensure a seamless pre-cruise experience.

Support execution of partnerships, paid media, SEO, social, and influencer marketing. Coordinate campaigns, assets, approvals, tagging, reporting, budgets, and vendor management. Build dashboards, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional growth marketing priorities.

Serve as global technical SME and primary support contact for Concur (Expense, Travel, P-Card). Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, manage incidents via ServiceNow, support upgrades and UAT/QA, document SOPs, perform user access reviews, work with Concur Support and Okta SSO, and act as backup functional analyst for PeopleSoft Financials.

Lead and execute print and digital design across web, email, paid media, social and print (brochures, direct mail, onboard collateral). Ensure brand consistency, manage junior designers, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, prepare files for print, troubleshoot production issues, and apply responsive and UX/UI best practices to performance-driven creative.

Manage and grow travel agency and tour operator accounts to achieve territory revenue goals. Develop sales plans, promotional programs, analyze sales and ROI, resolve partner issues, update CRM daily, conduct events and trainings, and manage territory budget and forecasting.

Lead the enterprise Transformation Office to identify and prioritize turnaround opportunities, pressure-test business cases, drive governance and execution, embed AI-enabled analytics, and deliver measurable value while influencing senior leadership and resolving cross-functional bottlenecks.

Provide senior-level financial support including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, month-end close tasks, reporting to leadership, recommending cost/revenue initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional communication.
