Build relationships, recommend and sell Regent Seven Seas products, process reservations, document special requests, upsell ancillary services, and escalate issues to ensure a seamless pre-cruise experience.

Respond to inbound website chats to deliver exceptional guest service, resolve issues, and drive direct sales by recommending promotions, itineraries, upgrades, and onboard amenities while building long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate inaugural and familiarization ship events, manage invitations and registration platforms, oversee cabin inventory allotments, provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external events, administer virtual meeting series, and assist with trade events and related tasks as directed.
