Leads end-to-end technology projects for Product Engineering across web, mobile, reservation systems, CRM, data warehouse, and marketing technology platforms. Manages scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, testing, deployment, reporting, and operational handoff. Partners with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across multiple cruise brands, using PMO governance and Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods to ensure predictable execution and successful outcomes.
