Develops and executes communications strategies for the Global Technology Organization. Creates executive messaging, speeches, newsletters, intranet content, storytelling assets, and communications plans for technology programs, transformations, launches, and organizational changes. Translates complex technical concepts into accessible content, manages communication channels, supports leadership forums, advises technology leaders, and measures engagement to improve communication effectiveness and consistency.

Acquires, develops, and grows partnerships with land-based casinos and loyalty programs. Builds territory pipelines, negotiates commercial terms, creates partnership marketing programs, monitors financial performance, and leads partner growth initiatives. Coordinates with marketing, loyalty, analytics, reservations, legal, casino operations, and shipboard teams to launch programs and improve guest acquisition, revenue, retention, and profitability. Represents the company at casino properties, industry events, partner events, and selected sailings.

Build and maintain predictive models, forecasting algorithms, price elasticity frameworks, and revenue management analytics for dynamic pricing and inventory decisions. Develop SQL and Python data pipelines using large-scale enterprise datasets, calibrate revenue management systems, conduct A/B testing and attribution analysis, and create Power BI or Tableau dashboards. Collaborate with revenue managers, IT, data engineers, leadership, and business stakeholders to operationalize models and communicate quantitative insights.
