Software Tester responsible for testing web and mobile features, conducting functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing, documenting defects, validating fixes, and supporting release quality. The role requires creating test cases and defect reports, collaborating with developers and operations teams, and ensuring software products meet functional and quality standards before and after deployment.

Collaborates with internal teams and external counsel while ensuring business activities comply with Nigerian corporate, labour, regulatory, and data protection laws.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, agents, and partners in Ibadan through acquisition, relationship development, retention, account growth, field engagement, and issue resolution. The role also mentors junior Relationship Managers, maintains CRM records, and prepares accurate documentation and reports.

Oversee daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, manage reconciliations and payments, and ensure Nigerian tax and regulatory compliance. Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll, audits, and financial control improvements. The role requires strong accounting expertise, proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, analytical ability, attention to detail, integrity, and independent execution in a fast-paced remote environment.

Curates memes, internet trends, and social media content relevant to NOBZO’s Nigerian youth audience. Monitors major platforms, identifies emerging trends, recommends brand-appropriate adaptations, maintains an organized content bank, and collaborates with creative and social media teams. The role also evaluates copyright, reputational, and brand risks while submitting regular trend updates and content recommendations through established review processes.

Leads market expansion and business development across Ibadan by identifying strategic opportunities, growing customer and partner networks, and managing the Relationship Management team. Responsibilities include territory planning, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, field performance oversight, acquisition and revenue target achievement, retention, and business development reporting. The role requires strong local market knowledge, leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and reporting skills, with field activities supported by transportation.

Oversee field and headquarters-support operations across Ibadan, coordinating business development, relationship management, customer support, data, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include operational planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, process improvement, issue escalation, policy compliance, cross-functional team leadership, and service-quality management.
