Software Tester responsible for testing web and mobile features, conducting functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing, documenting defects, validating fixes, and supporting release quality. The role requires creating test cases and defect reports, collaborating with developers and operations teams, and ensuring software products meet functional and quality standards before and after deployment.

Collects, cleans, validates, and analyzes field, sales, operational, and customer data. Develops dashboards, tracks KPIs, produces reports, identifies trends and opportunities, and delivers actionable insights to support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and presents findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Support customer and real estate agent acquisition within an assigned Ibadan territory. Build and manage local relationships, conduct field engagement, onboard customers and agents, maintain accurate CRM records, submit activity reports, and support territory growth under senior management. The role requires extensive local travel, strong communication, knowledge of Ibadan communities and routes, and comfort using CRM and field applications.
