What you are going to do
You will take responsibility for the compliant end-to-end delivery and support of our intelligent automations. Specifically, you will focus on the business side of our development lifecycle. Initiate and prepare projects for automation, manage stakeholders and participate in multiple stages of the development cycle
While being the lead hyperautomation analyst, extra responsibilities include:
- Act as a lead and sparring partner for your fellow analysts in our team and align with architects, business stakeholders and application owners in our organization to realize business cases.
- Be an evangelist for our services and proactively identify opportunities where we can add value to NN’s processes and grow our impact.
- Be the catalyst for continuously improve our own way of working, inspired by developments in- and outside NN Group.

Who you are
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligent automation preferably with a consultancy background. You have a proactive attitude, you are a self-starter, you get things done and have analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have a Bachelor or Master in Finance, (Business) Information management or similar
- You have at least 3 year experience in business analysis for Intelligent Process Automation
- You have experience with Lean and love process improvement
- You have a natural tendency to be an entrepreneur, a self-starter and to challenge the status quo. you are eager to work with and adapt to different cultures
You are a creative thinker and have a hands-on mentality that gets things done

Your team consists of a great mix of people from different nationalities that are working in an agile way to service our colleagues. We believe that our connection we have is more than just the day in the (real and virtual) office so we also spend time on outside work activities with each other.
At NN we work hybrid. We combine working from home and working in the office. Teams can meet online or in person. You and your team agree on what suits you best. We have set up our offices in such a way that there is a suitable place for every type of work. The official location for this job is The Hague. As Lead Hyperautomation Analyst, you are based in our fantastic office in The Hague. The office is located next to the A12, but is also easily accessible by public transport as well. Want to get some fresh air? You can take the tram or bike and you will be at the beach in half an hour.
