Lead product strategy and execution for Niural's payroll, PEO/EOR, benefits, and payments platform. Build and grow a unified product and design team, prototype AI-native experiences, run customer discovery across SMB to enterprise, partner with engineering on prioritization and quality, and ensure correctness in tax, compliance, and money movement.

Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles: intake to offer. Partner with hiring managers, source via LinkedIn and job boards, build candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, maintain candidate experience, report hiring updates, and assist onboarding and HR initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts for EOR and contractor payments, overseeing onboarding, payroll, cross-border payments (including stablecoin), billing, issue resolution, and SLA/compliance adherence while collaborating with internal teams and global partners and improving operational processes.

Manage end-to-end onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding of global EOR employees. Coordinate agreements and documentation with local partners, support payroll/benefits readiness, respond to client inquiries, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain accurate employment records and operational playbooks.

Manage and coach a 4–6 person Customer Success team supporting payroll, benefits, and PEO client relationships. Own team performance, client issue escalation/resolution, SLA/process adherence, cross-functional coordination, client health visibility, and scalable service improvements in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, deepen relationships with CFO/COO/HR stakeholders, identify and execute upsell/cross-sell across payroll, benefits, PEO, and EOR products, run business reviews, maintain CRM and forecasts, and meet expansion revenue targets while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Lead development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Architect maintainable codebases, implement state management, integrate secure APIs and SDKs, ensure performance and testing standards, collaborate with backend and design, mentor juniors, and participate in architecture and release processes.

Own and grow platform partnerships across HR, finance, and benefits ecosystems. Manage full partnership lifecycle from outreach and deal structuring through integration scoping, co-sell programs, reporting on KPIs, and cross-functional execution with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Work as a full-team Product Design Intern to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, support design operations, evolve the design system, assist in user research and usability testing, and learn from senior designers with potential for a full-time offer.

Lead frontend architecture and roadmap for a global payroll and financial platform. Build and scale accessible, high-performance component libraries and infrastructure, drive performance and accessibility efforts, influence API and UX, mentor engineers, and lead hiring and cross-domain frontend initiatives.

Drive execution of the benefits product roadmap from discovery to launch. Translate benefits operations into engineering requirements, own benadmin platform health, manage carrier integrations and data flows (API and file-based), build analytics and reports, support open enrollment, and enable internal teams via documentation and training.

Serve as primary contact for PEO clients, resolving payroll, tax, and benefits issues; audit payroll data and invoices; collaborate with ops and engineering; support open enrollment and EOR payroll processing.

Process, audit, and reconcile payrolls for PEO and payroll clients; investigate and resolve discrepancies; support off-cycle payrolls, tax setup, new-hire reporting, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, compliant payroll execution.

Sell Niural's US payroll, benefits, PEO, and Global EOR solutions to mid-market companies. Prospect and engage CFOs/COOs/HR, manage full sales cycle from outreach to close, maintain CRM and pipeline, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Manage client onboarding from kickoff through go-live for payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and global payroll setups. Serve as primary client contact, collect and validate onboarding data, coordinate internal teams, track milestones and risks, support payroll/benefits/tax setup, document implementation details, troubleshoot setup issues, and hand off to Customer Success. Improve implementation processes and assist on related projects to ensure accurate, scalable, and timely client launches.

Serve as primary benefits contact for clients, manage renewals, enrollments, employee inquiries, and benefits implementations; host info sessions, troubleshoot carrier issues, maintain documentation, meet SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth go-lives.

Lead and grow test engineering: design and own large-scale integration and end-to-end tests (Python and front-end), shift manual testing to full automation, define test strategies, triage bugs, improve testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate daily with feature teams to ensure reliable frequent releases.

Sell Niural's US payroll, benefits, PEO, and Global EOR solutions to mid-market companies. Prospect, qualify, manage full sales cycle, negotiate, close deals, and maintain CRM and pipeline to meet revenue targets while collaborating with SDRs and Customer Success.

Lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live for payroll, PEO, EOR, and contractor setups. Collect and validate onboarding data, coordinate internal teams, track milestones and risks, prepare clients for first payroll/invoice, document setups, and hand off to Customer Success. Improve onboarding processes and support special projects.

Design high-fidelity product UI assets including custom iconography, illustrations, micro-interactions, and component visuals. Maintain and evolve the design system, collaborate with engineers for accurate handoff, and bridge brand and product visuals for app screens and landing pages.
