Own and grow platform partnerships across HR, finance, and benefits ecosystems. Manage full partnership lifecycle from outreach and deal structuring through integration scoping, co-sell programs, reporting on KPIs, and cross-functional execution with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Lead development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Architect maintainable codebases, implement state management, integrate secure APIs and SDKs, ensure performance and testing standards, collaborate with backend and design, mentor juniors, and participate in architecture and release processes.

Lead and grow test engineering: design and own large-scale integration and end-to-end tests (Python and front-end), shift manual testing to full automation, define test strategies, triage bugs, improve testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate daily with feature teams to ensure reliable frequent releases.

Lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live for payroll, PEO, EOR, and contractor setups. Collect and validate onboarding data, coordinate internal teams, track milestones and risks, prepare clients for first payroll/invoice, document setups, and hand off to Customer Success. Improve onboarding processes and support special projects.

Design high-fidelity product UI assets including custom iconography, illustrations, micro-interactions, and component visuals. Maintain and evolve the design system, collaborate with engineers for accurate handoff, and bridge brand and product visuals for app screens and landing pages.

Lead architecture and development of globally scalable backend systems for payroll, payments, and compliance. Define standards for reliability, cost, observability, and security; design DynamoDB/Postgres data strategies, event-driven systems, multi-region HA, and serverless infrastructure. Mentor engineers, lead cross-domain initiatives, manage incident response, and align backend roadmap with product strategy.

Own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries: run full payroll cycles, validate calculations, manage statutory filings and reconciliations, audit ICP outputs, support new country launches, handle hires/terminations, respond to employee queries, and contribute to SOPs and system migrations.

Lead product discovery and strategy using data and user feedback; define roadmaps and PRDs; prioritize features; manage end-to-end feature development with engineering, design, and QA; define integrations, testing, and validation; collaborate cross-functionally and iterate to reduce friction and improve customer outcomes.

Manage client onboarding from kickoff through go-live for payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and global payroll setups. Serve as primary client contact, collect and validate onboarding data, coordinate internal teams, track milestones and risks, support payroll/benefits/tax setup, document implementation details, troubleshoot setup issues, and hand off to Customer Success. Improve implementation processes and assist on related projects to ensure accurate, scalable, and timely client launches.

Support U.S. PEO tax operations by maintaining tax account data, SUTA and workers' comp rates, assisting with tax account setup, filings, reconciliations, PFML reporting, agency correspondence, and quarter/year-end processing while improving processes and providing administrative support.

Support Product & Engineering delivery by maintaining ClickUp trackers and sprint boards, translating PRDs into tasks, tracking release timelines, coordinating cross-timezone status updates, running ceremonies, preparing reports and release notes, monitoring blockers and maintaining documentation.
