Build and ship production AI features for payroll, tax, and compliance workflows, including agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, document extraction, structured outputs, and evaluation systems. Own retrieval quality, model performance, safety controls, observability, latency, and cost optimization. Collaborate with domain experts to deliver accurate, explainable AI systems in a regulated environment.

Manage client onboarding from kickoff through go-live for payroll, PEO, EOR, contractor, and global payroll setups. Serve as primary client contact, collect and validate onboarding data, coordinate internal teams, track milestones and risks, support payroll/benefits/tax setup, document implementation details, troubleshoot setup issues, and hand off to Customer Success. Works independently with Marketing while collaborating with Engineering on complex technical issues.

The Sales Development Representative identifies and researches prospects, conducts outbound and inbound lead qualification, schedules demos, maintains CRM records, nurtures opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives. The role focuses on building pipeline, meeting sales KPIs, engaging business decision-makers, and developing relationships for payroll, benefits, PEO, EOR, and bill pay solutions.

Serve as primary benefits contact for clients, manage renewals, enrollments, employee inquiries, and benefits implementations; host info sessions, troubleshoot carrier issues, maintain documentation, meet SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth go-lives.

Create static and motion-based visual assets for campaigns, social media, events, web, product, and marketing. Develop concepts, animations, short-form videos, presentations, illustrations, infographics, and brand materials while maintaining visual consistency. Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams, manage multiple deadlines, and experiment with emerging creative technologies. The role requires strong visual design fundamentals, motion experience, and ownership from concept through final production.

Conduct manual testing of web applications, including functional, regression, integration, usability, exploratory, and UAT testing. Create test plans and cases, document defects in Jira or ClickUp, verify fixes, analyze requirements, support releases, and provide test reports. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams while applying software testing lifecycle practices. Basic SQL, API testing with Postman, automation awareness, and performance and security testing knowledge are beneficial.

Manage live chat support through Pylon for employers, employees, and contractors with payroll, benefits, and account questions. Resolve issues or escalate them appropriately, document interactions, follow up on pending inquiries, and maintain empathetic, professional communication. Work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 coverage.

Supports product management under senior guidance by gathering customer insights, tracking roadmaps, drafting PRDs and success metrics, assisting feature prioritization, coordinating defined features through launch, supporting testing and validation, and collaborating with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and customers. The role emphasizes AI-assisted research and analysis, strong organization, communication, curiosity about technical systems, and development toward broader product ownership.

Designs, develops, and owns scalable backend services in a serverless AWS environment. Lead development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
