Build and grow a unified product and design team, prototype AI-native experiences, run customer discovery across SMB to enterprise, partner with engineering on prioritization and quality, and ensure correctness in tax, compliance, and money movement.

Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles: intake to offer. Partner with hiring managers, source via LinkedIn and job boards, build candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, maintain candidate experience, report hiring updates, and assist onboarding and HR initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts for EOR and contractor payments, overseeing onboarding, payroll, cross-border payments (including stablecoin), billing, issue resolution, and SLA/compliance adherence while collaborating with internal teams and global partners and improving operational processes.
