Conduct manual testing of web applications, including functional, regression, integration, usability, exploratory, and UAT testing. Create test plans and cases, document defects in Jira or ClickUp, verify fixes, analyze requirements, support releases, and provide test reports. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams while applying software testing lifecycle practices. Basic SQL, API testing with Postman, automation awareness, and performance and security testing knowledge are beneficial.

Design and own scalable frontend features for payroll, payments, and compliance workflows. Build reusable components, evolve the design system, optimize rendering and bundle performance, maintain test coverage, influence API design, and improve frontend architecture. Lead small initiatives, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and design, and balance rapid delivery with long-term maintainability.

Designs, develops, and owns scalable backend services in a serverless AWS environment. Responsibilities include building REST APIs, optimizing DynamoDB and PostgreSQL data models and queries, implementing event-driven systems, managing deployments and reliability, optimizing performance and costs, responding to incidents, leading small initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Product and Frontend teams.
