Support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles: partner with hiring managers, source candidates, manage pipelines, schedule interviews, provide hiring updates, assist with onboarding and HR initiatives, and maintain positive candidate experience while learning recruitment practices in a fast-growing startup.

Support daily financial operations including invoicing, payment collection, transaction recording, reconciliations, and month/quarter/year-end closings. Assist with financial statements, compliance, audits, and cross-functional data gathering to support budgeting and forecasting.

Lead development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Architect maintainable codebases, implement state management, integrate secure APIs and SDKs, ensure performance and testing standards, collaborate with backend and design, mentor juniors, and participate in architecture and release processes.
