About Niural

Niural is the AI-native global PEO for the modern workforce. Our mission is to give every growing company enterprise-grade payroll, benefits, and compliance without the enterprise overhead. Built from scratch rather than retrofitted onto legacy systems, Niural combines payroll, PEO/ASO, global EOR, benefits, and vendor payments into one intelligent platform. Powered by EMMA, our AI coworker that executes, not just advises, Niural runs payroll and compliance across 150+ countries with near-perfect accuracy. Backed by a $52M Series A and $200M+ in annualized gross revenue on our PEO product alone, we're building the financial infrastructure that companies run their businesses on.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience for critical products within the Niural platform. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and other PMs to take features from discovery through launch, and you'll be the person who turns ambiguous customer problems into clear, buildable requirements. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over what ships.

What You'll Do

Strategy and Roadmap

  • Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market trends, and company priorities

  • Align leadership and cross-functional teams on what matters most and why

Discovery and Requirements

  • Use customer research, data, and feedback loops to uncover real problems worth solving

  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from on day one

Execution and Delivery

  • Own features end to end: discovery, scoping, delivery, launch, and iteration

  • Get into technical tradeoffs with engineers and make prioritization calls fast

  • Define integration requirements, testing plans, and validation processes so nothing ships half-baked

Optimization and Iteration

  • Watch for friction and gaps in the product using data and user feedback

  • Bring forward practical fixes rather than waiting to be asked, especially around edge cases in a regulated space like payroll and compliance

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work fluidly with engineering, design, sales, and marketing

  • Represent the product clearly to stakeholders at every level

This is an in-person role where you are expected to be in the office five days a week.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, in addition to attractive equity and benefits.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 2+ years of end-to-end product management experience

  • Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features

  • Comfortable in deep technical discussions with engineers about tradeoffs

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

  • A track record of pushing through tough product problems to protect customer satisfaction

  • Comfort with product tools (Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, or similar)

Preferred / Bonus

  • Familiarity with go-to-market commerce enablers like payments and subscriptions

  • Experience in payroll, HR tech, fintech, or another regulated, correctness-critical domain

Why Niural
