Design, build, and maintain high-performing Power BI reports, data models, and DAX measures. Connect to and transform data with SQL and Power Query, manage workspaces, refreshes, and row-level security, validate data accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable, self-service analytics and governance.

Own and operate the third-party risk management program including vendor onboarding, risk tiering, due diligence, monitoring, reassessments, contract coordination, incident tracking, vendor termination, reporting for leadership and regulators, administering the vendor management platform, and supporting audits and regulatory examinations.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CIO and designated IT/Training leaders: manage calendars, prepare agendas and notes, track action items, draft correspondence, coordinate domestic and international travel and expenses, support contract/vendor onboarding and renewals, maintain records and SharePoint documentation, monitor project deliverables, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Create and execute social media campaigns, design presentations and marketing collateral, assist with video content and scriptwriting, refresh program materials and open house flyers, and use Adobe Creative Suite or TotalExpert to produce on-brand visual assets while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Review and approve mortgage advertising and marketing materials for compliance with TILA/Reg Z, MAP Rule/Reg N, and UDAP/UDAAP across print, web, social, and third-party channels; maintain records, track trends, support audits, and provide training and policy updates.
