Leads large-scale migrations from on-premises and legacy systems to SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive using ShareGate and PowerShell. Develops collaboration and productivity solutions with Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, and SPFx components while engaging with clients.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for IT services and solutions across domestic and international markets. Manage sales pipelines, conduct calls and demonstrations, respond to tenders and proposals, close deals, maintain CRM records, and manage existing accounts. Build C-level relationships, identify cross-selling and new-market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate with marketing, presales, delivery, and support teams, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Acquire new domestic and international clients for IT services and solutions, meet sales targets, manage pipelines and CRM updates, conduct presentations and bid responses, and close deals. Manage existing accounts, build C-level relationships, drive cross-selling, and support payment follow-up. Coordinate with marketing, presales, delivery, and sales teams while developing partner relationships, identifying new markets, and executing go-to-market strategies.

Provides consulting, configuration, and full-lifecycle implementation services for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central ERP solutions. Works across finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, HR, projects, service, and resource planning modules. Gathers and interprets client requirements, documents business and system processes, supports third-party integrations, and creates process diagrams and data-flow documentation. Requires strong understanding of accounting, distribution, manufacturing, and ERP best practices.

Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central implementations, support, upgrades, customizations, integrations, data migrations, testing, reporting, and go-live support. Design technical solutions, resolve client issues, estimate development work, collaborate with functional teams, and mentor junior technical staff. Develop financial, payroll, and HR reports using SSRS and support modules including finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, HR, jobs, service, and resource planning.

Manages IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, servers, cybersecurity, identity management, helpdesk operations, IT assets, vendors, and service delivery. Ensures system availability, business continuity, compliance, patching, audits, and security standards. Develops IT policies and documentation, administers Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, supports business applications, and leads incident, change, and disaster recovery processes.
