Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central implementations, upgrades, support, integrations, development, testing, data migration, and go-live activities. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; manage change requests, KPIs, utilization, documentation, governance, and customer communications. Designs, implements, and manages Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions, including architecture, governance, security, and compliance. Leads large-scale migrations from on-premises and legacy systems to SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive using ShareGate and PowerShell. Develops collaboration and productivity solutions with Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, and SPFx components while engaging with clients.
