Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including GST registration and filings, APOB registrations, TDS and TCS compliance, FSSAI and MSME matters, invoicing, expense management, purchases, sales, e-commerce accounts, and financial reporting. The role requires independent work, client interaction, strong communication, and attention to detail in a remote, collaborative environment.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp in English and Tamil. Identify, engage, and convert top brands into long-term influencer marketing clients. Create tailored pitches and data-driven sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, collaborate with marketing/creative teams on proposals, and meet sales targets while tracking industry trends to refine outreach.

Lead end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy (Sponsored Ads, DSP, advanced formats), manage a team of account managers, optimize high-budget accounts for ACOS/TACOS improvements, identify keyword and audience growth opportunities, diagnose performance with data, and present actionable weekly/monthly reports to drive ROI and client retention.

Design on-brand eBooks, flipbooks, and digital publications from concept to final output. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging layouts, icons, illustrations, and infographics. Ensure responsive, export-ready files across devices and maintain brand consistency while staying current with digital publishing trends and tools.

Identify, engage, and onboard influencers for the Mystsriya app; develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns; maintain relationships; track performance; collaborate with marketing; and optimize outreach using industry trends and tools.
