Lead end-to-end recruitment to meet targets: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; maintain recruitment database; build talent pipelines and employer branding; liaise with hiring managers; support new-hire orientation and retention.

Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory changes; update templates, procedures and forms; deliver HR compliance, audit, lodgement and administration services to clients; coordinate HR compliance projects; handle client complaints and issues; liaise with government agencies; support seminars, training, documentation, and departmental processes to maintain compliance.

Lead compensation & benefits and general affairs: manage accurate monthly payroll, insurances (SHUIs), PIT finalization, benefits/allowances, contracts, rewards/promotions, terminations and exit interviews, process improvements, office administration, facilities and expense tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.

Execute and coordinate marketing activities (inbound, events, email, social, website), manage content and learner data, select marketing tools, report KPIs, organize training/event logistics, and optimize campaign operations, segmentation, and lead lifecycle.

Prepare and manage monthly payroll, SHUI, PIT and labor administration for local clients; resolve client issues and complaints; advise on HR matters; coordinate with consultants; stay updated on regulatory changes; maintain relationships with government agencies and attend related training.
