Lead end-to-end recruitment to meet targets: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; maintain recruitment database; build talent pipelines and employer branding; liaise with hiring managers; support new-hire orientation and retention.

Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory changes; update templates, procedures and forms; deliver HR compliance, audit, lodgement and administration services to clients; coordinate HR compliance projects; handle client complaints and issues; liaise with government agencies; support seminars, training, documentation, and departmental processes to maintain compliance.

Lead compensation & benefits and general affairs: manage accurate monthly payroll, insurances (SHUIs), PIT finalization, benefits/allowances, contracts, rewards/promotions, terminations and exit interviews, process improvements, office administration, facilities and expense tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
