Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility using Lean and Six Sigma methods. Facilitate Kaizen events, conduct root-cause analysis, analyze process data, standardize processes, train employees, track project progress, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements and deliver cost savings.

Provide advanced administrative, operational, and compliance support for Facilities, Maintenance, EHS, and Capital Projects. Lead and improve aerospace quality systems, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, set KPIs, manage quality investigations, support customer/supplier issues, and develop and mentor the quality team.

Provide high-level customer service and order support for assigned accounts: prepare quotes, process orders and returns, coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing, perform export screening and ensure export compliance, and use company systems to manage customer communications and inventory allocations.

Develop, test, deploy and maintain multi-tier applications through the full software development lifecycle. Work with business SMEs to gather specifications, design solutions, write and test code, document processes, train users, provide application support, and participate in on-call rotation.

Coordinate production planning for one or multiple products: schedule work orders, optimize production capacity, prepare production/sales/inventory reports, resolve inventory and scheduling issues with materials and manufacturing, manage risks to minimize schedule impact, and support departmental goals.

Provide floor-level quality engineering support including root-cause investigations, containment of WIP/stock, defect verification, MRB disposition, monthly metrics and reporting, source inspection backup, and internal audit support.

Serve as strategic HR business partner and operational leader for a 500+ employee manufacturing division. Drive workforce planning, payroll compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, compliance, and HR staff development. Advise divisional leadership using HR metrics and analytics, partner with EH&S on worker's compensation, and update policies and handbooks with legal oversight.

Provide customer-facing product engineering for plain bearings, support NPI and qualification, resolve technical issues, and lead cross-functional special projects addressing material obsolescence, process changes, regulatory compliance, and supply chain risks.

Lead and manage a manufacturing unit (1st shift), driving production, quality, safety and continuous improvement. Set KPIs, manage staffing/scheduling, coach supervisors, troubleshoot performance issues, oversee equipment/product flow, conduct performance reviews, and support cross-functional initiatives and strategy rollout.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes from blueprints using GD&T. Fabricate fixtures, perform machine setups, prove part programs, inspect parts, troubleshoot equipment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and produce finished components independently.
