Provides divisional technical support for servers, personal computers, IoT, operational technology, networks, phones, and helpdesk functions. Maintains software and firmware patches, equipment, backups, inventories, and system resources. Develops specifications, tests and deploys systems, resolves hardware, software, and network issues, creates documentation, trains users, and supports projects. Requires rotating on-call availability and occasional travel.

Performs full software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, maintenance, and application support. Analyzes business workflows, recommends automation improvements, troubleshoots applications, monitors system performance, develops quality procedures, and serves as a liaison between technical teams and business users. May lead projects, educate users, provide updates to management, and participate in rotating on-call support.

Develops and maintains full-stack Java JEE applications across relational database and user-interface layers. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, specification documentation, software design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, user training, and application support. The role also involves database optimization, responsive UI development, project estimation, collaboration with business stakeholders, and rotating on-call support.
