Supervise Source Department personnel and quality control activities in a manufacturing environment. Manage scheduling, performance, training, and employee development while monitoring incoming inspection, in-process production, and assembly quality. Improve procedures, analyze data, communicate risks, support cross-functional goals, participate in quality projects, and address technical customer concerns.

Supervise second-shift manufacturing grind lines or highbay areas, leading production teams and ensuring safety, quality, and performance goals. Establish and analyze KPIs, troubleshoot root causes, coach employees, manage staffing and performance reviews, coordinate cross-functional communication, support purchasing and resource planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires manufacturing leadership, knowledge of bearings, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Prepares journal entries, general ledger records, account reconciliations, financial schedules, variance analyses, and accounts payable/intercompany invoices. Ensures GAAP-compliant reporting, investigates invoice discrepancies, confirms outstanding receivables and payables, performs J-SOX testing, maintains documentation, and supports finance controllers with projects and special assignments.
