Minimal travel to US (<5%).

Support Strategic Sourcing by collecting, verifying, and organizing trade compliance documentation (USMCA, K32), material composition and origin data, and BOM information from suppliers. Clean and load data into tracking/ERP systems, monitor evolving tariff and duty legislation, and prepare analyses for sourcing leadership.

Support manufacturing engineering within assigned cells: integrate electrical systems, troubleshoot, implement ECOs/ECNs, lead lean initiatives (5S, VSM), specify tooling and capital upgrades, create shop floor instructions, and participate in cross-functional SWAT teams.

Lead APQP coordinator performing standard in-plant APQP duties while providing leadership, training, workload leveling, and performance standardization across APQP teams. Analyze processes for continuous improvement, interface with Lean/CI groups, develop standardized metrics and improvement plans, and support Quality management in closing performance gaps.

Lead and perform Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for the plant, mentor and standardize APQP team practices, level workloads, analyze processes for continuous improvement, produce standardized metrics, and support Quality Managers to close performance gaps.

The Costing Analyst conducts audits for Buy America and Canadian content, ensures compliance, supports accurate reporting, and contributes to costing processes efficiency.
