Lead cross-functional engineering efforts to meet contractual milestones, manage risks, oversee NDI projects, supplier approvals, engineering changes, and coordinate design integration across production, sales, and service while mentoring the team.

Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC programs for sheet/tube lasers, press brakes, and bending machines. Create setup sheets, manage program libraries, support production troubleshooting, collaborate with engineering/purchasing/planning, and ensure ISO-compliant programming and efficient material utilization.

Supervise manufacturing engineering for assigned cells: implement ECNs, lean initiatives, tooling and capital upgrades, create shop floor instructions, validate routings, support SWAT teams, audits, and continuous improvement to meet production metrics.
