Provide HR operational support including full-cycle recruitment via ATS, employee and labour relations, performance management, HR policy administration, investigations, employee engagement, HRIS maintenance, salary benchmarking support, and ensuring compliance with onboarding and exit processes.

Lead conversion of business plans into production schedules, manage sales and delivery targets, oversee analysts, monitor daily production status, prepare forecasting and performance reports, and drive continuous improvement to meet quarterly and annual delivery objectives.

Hands-on engineering internship supporting design, development, testing, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of buses and coaches. Work on projects across Production, Electrical, Business Systems, New Product Development, or Manufacturing, assisting with analysis, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration under engineer mentorship.
