Leads regional customer service operations for transit bus clients, managing cross-functional service teams, warranty execution, staffing, facilities, customer relationships, scorecards, commercial opportunities, bids, and process improvements. Oversees regional service managers and customer support activities while coordinating with production, quality, sales, and other regional leaders. Requires extensive transit industry experience, strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, customer service expertise, analytical ability, and regular travel.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded control algorithms for battery management and vehicle control systems. Responsibilities include modeling, simulation, hardware and software integration, HIL/SIL validation, calibration, performance optimization, root cause analysis, documentation, requirements development, and software verification. The role collaborates cross-functionally while supporting toolchain development and compliance with embedded software processes, ISO 26262, and ASPICE practices.

Builds and maintains master production schedules for bus manufacturing operations. Coordinates cross-functional scheduling meetings, tracks production, shipment, supply chain, and performance status, manages risks and issues, performs business plan simulations, monitors KPIs and operating budgets, analyzes departmental reports, supports safety initiatives, and ensures production flow meets internal and external requirements.
