Supports regional sales managers by reviewing customer specifications, coordinating bid bills of materials, gathering costs and quotes, developing pricing recommendations, and preparing proposal packages. Collaborates with engineering, service, operations, finance, legal, aftermarket, and supply teams to address customer requirements. Maintains the sales funnel, CRM database, transaction reports, and technical documentation while handling customer inquiries and follow-up items.

Coordinates engineering support for production contracts and sales opportunities involving heavy-duty transit buses and coaches. Responsibilities include managing technical configurations, supporting bids, releasing bills of materials, coordinating engineering design tasks, reviewing engineering change orders, managing documentation, identifying risks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes mentoring new employees and requires travel to the United States up to 25%.

Provides administrative support to Human Resources by maintaining employee records, processing personnel transactions, coordinating interviews and meetings, responding to inquiries, issuing identification badges, supporting recruitment and HR initiatives, managing office supplies, and assisting with short-term projects. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
