Manages a Customer Programs team and oversees customer contracts through pre-production, production, and postproduction. Responsibilities include performance management, continuous improvement, budget and compliance monitoring, departmental metrics, production scheduling, systems upkeep, operational meetings, and customer relationship support. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, project management expertise, product knowledge, and travel.

Designs electrical systems and PLC programs from concept through production implementation. Develops electrical checkout procedures, configuration files, drawings, calculations, and bills of materials for transit bus components. Provides engineering support to production, quality assurance, and customer service teams; collaborates with vendors and customers; and contributes to product and process improvements. Requires an electrical engineering education, with 1–2 years of design experience preferred, and travel to the United States below 15%.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Quality Assurance Department by maintaining quality records, administering documentation systems, analyzing quality data and trends, generating performance reports, investigating quality issues, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
