The Investment Strategist supports Wealth Advisors in portfolio construction, analyzes data for client insights, and presents actionable recommendations to clients, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Coordinate new client implementations from kickoff through go-live. Collaborate with teams to define requirements, drive issue resolution, and ensure operational readiness across systems.

Design, build, and maintain scalable .NET/C# full-stack applications and integrations for Private Wealth. Collaborate with business partners, participate in SDLC, address production issues, lead design reviews, optimize platforms, and mentor junior developers while using Agile practices and AI-assisted development tools.

Provide high-touch client service and administrative support across onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, and fundraising for mutual fund, institutional, and private wealth clients. Serve as backup equity trader, executing trades via Charles River and Alladin, and partner with Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, and Business Controls to ensure accurate, timely client deliverables.

Manage client portfolios for equity investments, collaborate with overseas teams, create investment reports, and support investment decisions.

This role involves supporting the sales team by managing client communications, maintaining records, coordinating events, and producing sales reports.

Partner with operations, product, technology, and vendors to map and optimize end-to-end alternative investment workflows, define automation and integration requirements, create delivery artifacts (user stories, specs, test cases), support UAT and cutover, monitor KPIs, and present executive-ready recommendations to drive operational efficiency and controls.

Support institutional equity portfolio management and client coverage teams by producing client-ready reports, presentations, analytics, attribution, and commentary. Manage onboarding, RFPs, ad-hoc inquiries, and collaborate with PMs, client service, IT, and legal to automate data and ensure accurate, timely delivery of portfolio materials.

Lead compensation programs, provide advisory support to HR and business leaders, run benchmarking (McLagan), support job architecture and leveling, partner with People Analytics, manage annual compensation cycle, produce communications and change materials, perform ad hoc analyses and identify AI automation opportunities to improve compensation workflows.

Lead design and governance of private wealth products and investment programs. Define eligibility rules, fee structures, and operational/data specifications. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Advisors to document guardrails, maintain governance artifacts, support product launches, identify control risks, and ensure consistent data usage across systems and reporting.

Provide EMEA legal and investment management support with a focus on ESG regulation. Advise on implementation of ESG laws, update internal compliance, draft and negotiate distribution and fund documentation, respond to RFP/marketing legal queries, and liaise with internal teams and outside counsel to support commercial and operational matters.

Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives for Private Wealth, owning client and advisor journeys end-to-end. Create journey maps, SOPs, and playbooks; digitize account opening; define future-state platform and roadmap; set SLAs/KPIs; drive technology enablement, requirements, testing, launch adoption, and change management while partnering with senior stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Lead fund accounting and financial reporting for private equity and private debt products, manage cash flows, oversee fund administrators, support fund onboarding, review audits, distribution waterfalls, management fees, and collaborate with investment, tax, audit, and investor relations teams.

Provide Tokyo-based legal support for asset management products and corporate matters: establish and support Cayman UT/LPS and Japan LPS structures, investment trusts, negotiate investment management and distribution agreements, FSA filings, advise on model portfolio and Korean subsidiary arrangements, monitor regulations, and report to General Counsel — East Asia.

Architect, operate, and optimize global Citrix and VMware VDI environments. Own core Citrix stack (StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, NetScaler/SDX, FAS, ADM), certificate/PKI lifecycle, nFactor/MFA integrations, and VMware vSphere infrastructure. Build automation (PowerShell, Python, Airflow), provide Tier 3/4 support, lead migrations/upgrades, maintain DR and documentation, and participate in a 24/7 global on-call rotation.

Provide high-quality end-user IT support across Asia, focusing on Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 desktop support. Collaborate with regional and Tokyo IT teams to resolve application, network, server, email, and ad-hoc issues. Support Citrix, Teams, and Outlook mobile clients, apply basic networking knowledge, work flexible hours, and communicate technical information clearly in English.

The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions in financial services, manage product lifecycles, and ensure quality deliverables by working closely with engineering and vendors.

Manage operational risk framework, investigate risk events, conduct assessments, and produce reports to enhance the control environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of institutional investor events in Japan, develop and localize thought leadership content, manage media and advertising strategies, and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement to drive brand presence and business growth.
