Supports Japan and Korea private equity activities through portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, meeting coordination, database updates, investment memorandum drafting, financial modeling, and fundraising materials. The intern will assist with primary fund, co-investment, and secondary investment projects while preparing Excel and PowerPoint presentations. Business-level English and Japanese, corporate finance and accounting knowledge, strong communication, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills are required. The position is intended for university or graduate students and requires a six-month commitment.

Supports private markets fundraising and marketing activities across fund offerings. Responsibilities include preparing legal and marketing materials, launching data rooms, responding to RFPs and investor inquiries, tracking fundraising pipelines, maintaining fund and LP data, conducting quantitative analyses, coordinating fund closings and client meetings, supporting sales teams, updating third-party databases, and assisting with conferences and annual meetings.

Provides administrative, operational, and coordination support for derivatives documentation, including ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements, futures and options agreements, securities lending, and repurchase agreements. Manages counterparty credit reviews, KYC/AML requests, legal entity data, document portals, negotiation tracking, and agreement records. Collaborates with trading, operations, risk, tax, and external providers while escalating onboarding risks and maintaining accurate documentation.
