Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade software using PHP, Go, Node.js and Vue.js. Architect integrations, databases, and APIs; optimize performance and security. Lead POS end-to-end and integration testing for payment platform features. Define test processes, environments, and plans; execute UAT, regression, and integration tests; build automation; maintain test logs; report progress; collaborate with developers and BAs; and coach junior testers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large payments projects: gather requirements, plan, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. Maintain PMO processes and standards, perform impact analysis and testing support, use tools like Jira/Confluence/MS Project, and collaborate with cross-functional and solution design teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Lead and build a Center of Engineering: manage and staff an engineering organization, set technical objectives, maintain quality, run performance management, and drive talent development and cross-skilling. Collaborate with HR, procurement, and facilities to ensure resources and processes support delivery.

Develop and maintain high-quality frontend web applications using JavaScript and React. Translate requirements into technical solutions, optimize performance, perform code reviews, collaborate with UX/UI designers, and troubleshoot/debug issues. Ensure scalable, maintainable code and contribute to testing and state management practices.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic product and launch projects: define scope, plan timelines and budgets, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, mitigate risks, oversee budgets, run pilot and GTM launches, and ensure project closure with lessons learned.

Lead enterprise data architecture and governance for payments and financial services. Design scalable cloud-native data platforms (warehouses, lakes, streaming), define data quality and consumption policies, manage data engineering and BI teams, implement migration/automation strategies, and drive data-driven decision culture across the organization.

Lead end-to-end delivery and optimisation of payment switching solutions for Egypt, managing client onboarding, scheme integrations, platform configuration (BASE24/Postilion/Network Flex), compliance, operational readiness, SLAs, stakeholder engagement, and a local implementation team.

Support PSP and RFM merchant onboarding and lifecycle by coordinating with ops, production, invoicing, compliance, and risk teams; perform profitability calculations, resolve operational queries, monitor MID creation, manage refunds/blocks, assist sales initiatives, prepare performance presentations, and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory mandates.

Own end-to-end Auth Optimiser managed service: analyze declines, classify root causes, build monitoring dashboards, drive integrations and issuer engagement, validate revenue recovery, support RMs and merchants, and develop product/process improvements.

Lead development, launch, and enhancement of lending products (SME/retail), drive portfolio growth and profitability, ensure regulatory and credit compliance, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, improve digital lending journeys and automation, monitor product KPIs, and present performance insights to senior management.

Partner with department leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Lead workforce planning, talent management, performance management, change management, employee relations, HR program implementation, compliance, communication, and HR analytics to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
