Lead workforce planning, talent management, performance management, change management, employee relations, HR program implementation, compliance, communication, and HR analytics to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Monitor transactions 24/7 to detect and action suspicious activity, report cases to schemes, analyze points of compromise, tune and recommend fraud rules, manage BAU fraud operations, and coach team members.

The Director of Relationships will manage a portfolio of online merchants, handle acquisition and growth, and ensure optimal account health and technical integration, while collaborating internally and ensuring client satisfaction.
