Supports stable and reliable production payment services, portals, reporting, and financial systems. Investigates incidents through log, source code, and database analysis; diagnoses and debugs problems; develops or escalates solutions; manages incident tickets; monitors trends and anomalies; communicates resolutions to technical teams, business stakeholders, and third parties. The role also supports proactive service improvement and after-hours incident coverage.

Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, compliance, product, and payment projects within the PMO. Responsibilities include defining scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks, and milestones; leading cross-functional teams and third-party vendors; managing stakeholders; monitoring performance and governance; coordinating pilot and go-to-market launches; ensuring compliance; and completing project closure, documentation, and financial reporting.

Supports the information security program with a focus on AWS and hybrid-cloud security, compliance, risk assessments, incident response, threat hunting, and security controls. Coordinates PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and privacy compliance activities; manages cloud security projects, audits, metrics, and incident investigations. Partners with development, DevOps, DevSecOps, and SOC teams to implement security solutions, improve data privacy, conduct secure code reviews, and maintain security best practices.
