Lead end-to-end delivery of card-scheme and regulatory projects: requirement consolidation, planning, vendor and stakeholder management, execution, risk and change management, compliance with Visa/MasterCard mandates and data security, documentation, budget control, and team mentoring to ensure timely, issue-free delivery and strong client relationships.

Answer inbound calls and messages from banks and cardholders, verify authorization, resolve complaints or escalate to appropriate teams, handle Jira/mail/fax issues, provide first-line support to bank staff, process Visa emergency cash/cards and card status changes per bank policies.

Oversee daily operations of payment processing systems and platforms (MIGS, CyberSource), manage transaction files and ~250 daily reports for 130 banking clients, operate payment applications (CMS, Mastercard tools, TWI, Visa Edit), resolve client issues via Jira/email/phone, ensure PCI and banking compliance, document SOPs, and drive process improvements while collaborating with vendors and internal teams on rotating daily shifts.
