Designs and governs end-to-end architectures for card issuing and payment processing platforms. Responsibilities include issuer processing, switching, fraud, digital wallets, tokenization, cloud migration, APIs, security, regulatory compliance, scheme and vendor certifications, data architecture, DevOps, resilience, strategic roadmaps, RFP and presales support, stakeholder presentations, vendor management, and mentoring architects and engineering teams.

Design and deliver AI/ML and analytics solutions for payments clients: build predictive models, develop product capabilities using transactional and authorization data, produce client-facing reports, manage deliveries, and support pre-sales and product development.

Manages sensitive, high-value merchant portfolios; retains and grows business through relationship management, upselling, cross-selling, product education, performance analysis, and service improvement. Handles complex escalations, maintains account plans, monitors KPIs, supports merchant profitability, coordinates internal stakeholders, and provides guidance to officers. Requires strong sales, negotiation, communication, leadership, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
