The role also coordinates with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective people practices across distributed teams.

Drive performance management, coach managers and employees, provide employee-relations support, analyze attrition and HR trends, maintain people metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend retention actions. The role requires strong communication, influencing, empathy, and confidence handling difficult conversations. Candidates should have relevant HR experience, performance-management exposure, data awareness, and prior night-shift or global stakeholder support experience. Fresh graduates with meaningful HR internships may be considered.
