Manage intake, investigation, reconciliation, and resolution of rebate discrepancies with vendors and distributors. Research sales and contract data, process credits/debits, monitor vendor credit status, maintain documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and support process improvements to meet SLAs and KPI targets.

Lead process improvement, member onboarding, contract utilization optimization, admin fee reporting/collection, and vendor contracting support for a healthcare group purchasing organization. Use data analysis to drive member engagement, streamline workflows, and improve contract performance while maintaining documentation and KPI reporting.

Drive new business and grow accounts by selling marketing services, digital advertising, sponsorships, events, and customized programs. Build client relationships, create proposals and presentations, manage CRM sales pipeline and forecasts, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and meet or exceed revenue targets.

Lead and maintain quality management across multi-site distribution operations: develop work instructions, audit warehouse processes, document non-conformances, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, collaborate on improvements, maintain inspection records, and support quality training.

Lead inbound warehouse receiving operations, coordinate inbound schedules (LTL, FTL, containers), manage returns and discrepancies, audit receipts, support new item setup and quality checks, improve processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee safety and team performance.
