Senior finance leader responsible for enterprise liquidity strategy, working capital and cash management, debt and capital structure oversight, treasury governance, AR/AP shared services leadership, treasury technology and automation, and executive reporting. Partners with CFO and stakeholders to optimize cash flow, manage lender relationships, ensure compliance, and lead teams across multi-entity healthcare operations.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO including complex calendar and travel management, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential communications, preparing and proofreading correspondence and presentations, liaising with internal and external senior stakeholders, managing filing systems, and leading special projects as assigned.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting, own monthly close and audits, strengthen controls and accounting policies, optimize ERP and reporting systems, support M&A due diligence and integrations, manage tax compliance and external advisors, and recruit and mentor a high-performing accounting team while partnering with executive leadership and private equity.
