The Rebate Dispute Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate intake, investigation, reconciliation, and resolution of rebate discrepancies between NDC, its distributor members, and vendor partners. This role serves as a key operational liaison, ensuring rebate integrity, financial accuracy, and adherence to contractual terms.
This position works cross-functionally with vendors, distributors, internal rebate operations, and accounting teams to research and resolve disputes while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The Coordinator exercises independent judgment within defined guidelines to validate claims and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Review and process rebate disputes in accordance with SLAs
- Investigate discrepancies using sales and contract data
- Determine resolution paths (resubmission, chargeback, correction)
- Process credits and debits
- Monitor vendor credit status and escalate aging items
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
- Communicate with stakeholders on status and resolution
- Identify recurring issues and support process improvements
