Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI, implement async/background processing with Celery and Redis, design PostgreSQL and NoSQL schemas, integrate AI and real-time data pipelines, improve reliability and observability, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage end-to-end bid process including opportunity assessment, strategy development, proposal writing and coordination with sales, marketing, and technical teams. Ensure compliant, timely submissions, analyze outcomes, and maintain stakeholder relationships to improve win rates.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of high-performance Python/FastAPI backend services. Architect scalable systems, mentor engineers, enforce code quality, implement security, optimize performance, and drive CI/CD and process improvements.

Manage post-sales implementation of products and services, coordinating clients and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule. Develop plans, gather requirements, train clients, monitor progress, resolve issues, conduct post-implementation reviews, document status and risks, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and successful deployments.

Lead design and development of cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter. Architect scalable, high-performance applications; implement UIs and features from wireframes; write tests and maintain CI/CD; mentor frontend engineers; collaborate with backend, product, and UX to ensure quality, performance, and reliability (including offline support, push notifications, and Firebase integrations).

Lead the sales organization to meet revenue targets by developing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a high-performing team, building client relationships, conducting market analysis, aligning with marketing and product teams, tracking performance metrics, and representing the company at industry events to generate leads.
