The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing and digital advertising to drive sales. The concept of growth hacking should be familiar and will from a core part of how the marketing strategy at Navatech evolves. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services on physical and digital channels. 
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to create and execute marketing campaigns. 
  • Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively. 
  • Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions. 
  • Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals. 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors. 
  • Staying up to date with industry developments and trends. 
  • Managing internal and external marketing resources. 
  • Reviewing and approving all marketing material. 



Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and trends. 
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • A strong grasp of digital advertising levers 

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
