Interim Head of HR leads all HR functions, develops and implements HR strategy, manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance across UAE/KSA/India, oversees HR budget and outsourced teams, and partners with senior leadership to build a collaborative culture. Lead marketing strategy and execution across digital and physical channels to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. Conduct market research, manage budget and vendors, analyze campaign performance, and lead a marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally, oversee internal communications, approve materials, and apply growth-hacking and digital advertising tactics.

Design and build scalable backend services for an AI-driven safety platform. Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI, implement async/background processing with Celery and Redis, design PostgreSQL and NoSQL schemas, integrate AI and real-time data pipelines, improve reliability and observability, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
