Coordinate newborn hemoglobin screening follow-up, confirm results, provide hemoglobinopathy counseling, liaise with providers and regional centers, maintain program data, support outreach, referrals, and grant/report preparation.

Coordinates stakeholders, reviews budgets and justifications, finalizes and submits applications and JIT responses, and disseminates sponsor policy changes while supporting research administration activities.

Coordinate project and operational activities across Regional Development: track documentation, communicate updates to stakeholders, support program development, build and maintain dashboards, analyze market intelligence, and assist with onsite visit logistics and meeting execution to support leadership decision-making.

Plans, schedules, and facilitates hands-on activities and events for children and families in a healthcare setting. Adapts activities to developmental and physical needs, documents interactions, maintains playroom resources, organizes volunteers and visitors, and collaborates with team members to support positive patient experiences.

Conduct regular safety inspections and trainings across main campus and off-site locations to identify hazards, ensure compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission and Ohio Fire Code, coordinate emergency drills, advise staff on safety issues, collect and analyze safety data, and escalate non-compliance to leadership.
