Schedule: 32hrs/week
Wednesday 7a-7p (12hrs), Thursdays 7a-7p (12hrs), Fridays are a 2:1 rotation (8hrs) (Friday 1 - 11a-7p, Friday 2 - 11a-7p, Friday 3 - 7a-3p). No Weekends.

Essential Functions:
- Ensures appropriate staffing coverage across assigned hospital units by managing, updating, and adjusting schedules in real-time.
- Addresses emergent staffing issues, process call-offs, and collaborates with leadership to resolve acute staffing challenges.
- Maintains and monitors accurate staffing records. Collects, reviews, and presents staffing metrics and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Disseminates timely and accurate staffing updates and emergency closure notifications to relevant units and other stakeholders.
- Assists with scheduling for credentialing and other compliance-related purposes.
- Ensures the availability of necessary manuals, equipment, and supplies to support staffing operations.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Skills:
- Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required in interactions with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to work under controlled time constraints.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with MS Office, timekeeping applications, and general computer skills.
- Working knowledge of staffing policies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Experience:
- Staffing and scheduling experience, preferred.
- Experience in healthcare setting, preferred.
