Gather business requirements, design solutions, support month/year-end close, manage P2P and O2C processes, ensure VAT and regulatory compliance, run testing and UAT, perform user training, and write SQL for data analysis and reconciliations while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Perform accurate data entry, update internal systems and databases, organize and archive documents, maintain registers and trackers, review records for completeness, retrieve files, protect confidential information, report discrepancies, and support documentation-related administrative tasks.

Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and BI reports. Analyze large structured datasets, build predictive models, optimize SQL and data models, ensure data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and improve reporting frameworks.

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular front-end and Python back-end. Build and integrate RESTful APIs, manage SQL, MongoDB, and MariaDB databases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams on system integration, security compliance, upgrades, and modernization while producing technical documentation and following enterprise coding and security standards.

Manage and optimize Oracle databases and Oracle E-Business Suite across on-premises and OCI. Responsibilities include installation, patching, upgrades, migrations, backup/recovery (RMAN), performance tuning, Data Guard/HADR, OCI administration, Linux support, scripting automation, security, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with infrastructure and application teams to ensure availability and disaster recovery.

Provide Level 2/3 functional support and full-cycle implementation leadership for Oracle EBS R12.2 Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, ASCP). Configure manufacturing data (routings, work centers, planning), troubleshoot integrations and concurrent programs, perform gap analysis, prepare functional specs, coordinate SIT/UAT, support data migration, training, go-live and post-implementation optimization, and ensure integration with Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Order Management, Engineering and Finance.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise agentic AI solutions and copilots across manufacturing, finance, HR, supply chain, and operations. Lead data lake and AI-ready architecture, RAG solutions, LLM integration, and autonomous agents. Establish AI governance, security, and monitoring, run workshops, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-ROI use cases and scale deployments.

Provide Oracle EBS R12 SCM and manufacturing solutions: gather requirements, configure Inventory/Purchasing/Order Management/BOM/WIP/Costing/ASCP, perform fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT, training, lead full-cycle implementations and post-go-live support across global manufacturing environments.

Designs, develops, supports, and optimizes Oracle E-Business Suite technical components. Responsibilities include Oracle Forms, Reports, APEX, Workflows, SQL and PL/SQL development, database performance tuning, integrations through APIs and web services, troubleshooting, and collaboration with functional teams across Financials, SCM, and HRMS.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of materials and formal quotations for specialist vehicle projects (fire trucks, ARFF, rescue vehicles). Coordinate with design, procurement and suppliers, develop labour/overhead models, manage margin and risk allowances, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain estimating databases, support negotiations and post-tender reviews, and manage estimate records in CRM/ERP.

Own end-to-end project delivery for ~15-20 vehicle projects: plan production, align schedules, approve technical documentation, manage suppliers and inspections, conduct quality checks, raise/close NCRs, and maintain complete project records and client communications.

Manage purchase-to-pay activities including raising and closing purchase orders, sourcing and liaising with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, matching invoices, maintaining supplier records in the ERP, supporting reporting and cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Coordinate daily operations across offices, workshops and sites; manage procurement, inventory and logistics; liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal teams; maintain records, prepare reports and support invoice verification to ensure projects run on time and within budget.

Supports risk-based internal audits across manufacturing operations, including financial, operational, compliance, inventory, procurement, supply chain, and quality processes. Evaluates controls, identifies risks and inefficiencies, prepares audit reports, recommends improvements, and follows up on corrective actions. Collaborates with operations, quality, HSE, finance, and compliance stakeholders while contributing to audit procedure improvements and maintaining confidentiality.

Provides technical and commercial support for steel and aluminium glazing systems across design, specification, installation, and project delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings, structural calculations, performance data, and compliance documentation; preparing quotations, submittals, and proposals; advising clients and project teams; resolving technical issues; supporting sales and procurement; and managing multiple glazing projects. The role requires strong knowledge of glazing standards, building regulations, façade systems, curtain walling, fire-rated and security glazing, and related estimation and project tools.
