Data Analysis & Dashboard specialist

Seeking a skilled Data Analysis & Dashboard Specialist with expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and business intelligence reporting. The role focuses on transforming large structured datasets into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, predictive analytics, and optimized data models. Experience with Qlik Sense is essential, while Oracle EBS knowledge is highly desirable.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Build predictive, statistical, and analytical models to support business decision-making.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and performance across reporting solutions.

• Create and maintain data models that support reporting and analytics requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

• Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement continuous improvements to analytics platforms.

• Support enhancements and optimization of existing dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Advanced SQL (query optimization, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)

• Strong experience with Qlik Sense dashboard development

• Data modeling and data warehousing concepts

• Statistical analysis and predictive modeling

• ETL and data transformation techniques

• Data visualization best practices

• Reporting and business intelligence development

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS)

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern BI ecosystems

• Understanding of enterprise reporting frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with large structured datasets

• Ability to communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and governance

• Capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams

Mid to Senior Level (4–8+ years preferred), particularly with:

• Qlik Sense development

• SQL-based analytics

• Enterprise reporting and dashboarding

• Data modeling and business intelligence solutions
