Supervise steel fabrication and erection activities, allocate manpower and equipment, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with engineering and QA/QC, inspect work, maintain progress reports, and train workers to meet project schedules.

Lead commercial strategy and sales growth for HDPE pipe product lines across assigned regions. Manage key accounts and sales team, develop channels and distributors, support tenders and technical solutions, collaborate with product, supply chain and marketing, and represent the company at industry events to meet revenue, margin and KPI targets.

Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. Collect and validate financial data, build models and dashboards, monitor spend, assist month/year-end close, and provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance and controls.
