Manage purchase-to-pay activities including raising and closing purchase orders, sourcing and liaising with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, matching invoices, maintaining supplier records in the ERP, supporting reporting and cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Manage daily logistics operations: track shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers, process forwarder invoices and local POs, handle foreign supplier payments, follow up on shipping documents, arrange courier shipments, maintain import shipment records, and prepare/manage Letter of Credit documentation.

Generate and manage sales for fire stopping and fireproofing systems by identifying opportunities, building contractor and consultant relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, providing technical/commercial support, coordinating project execution, and monitoring market and competitor activity to meet company targets.
