Manage and control project financials for fire protection and building services projects: maintain cost ledgers, prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts and WIP reconciliations, support billing and claims, analyse variances, prepare month-end journals, ensure contract compliance and internal controls, support budgeting/tender costing, and mentor junior cost accountants.

Lead planning, execution, and handover of firefighting and fire alarm fit-out projects. Manage schedules, resources, quality, safety, budgets, documentation, stakeholder coordination, commissioning, and compliance with NFPA, UAE Civil Defence, and local regulations.

Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations; verify employee records, payroll inputs, visas and government portal transactions; reconcile HR and payroll/insurance databases; identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and prepare audit findings and compliance reports.
