Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Consultant to support, maintain, and optimize Oracle EBS R12.2 Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), with hands-on experience in Oracle implementations, application support, and manufacturing process optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 & 3 functional support for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, ASCP).
Manage day-to-day application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
Configure and maintain Oracle Manufacturing modules, including WIP, BOM, routings, work centers, resources, and planning parameters.
Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle EBS Manufacturing implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization projects.
Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate testing (SIT/UAT).
Support data migration, user training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Ensure seamless integration between Manufacturing and Oracle Inventory, Cost Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Engineering, and Finance modules.
Support Oracle EBS interfaces, concurrent programs, workflows, and integrations with external manufacturing systems.
Maintain application documentation and recommend continuous process improvements.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing.
Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (R12.2.14 preferred).
Expertise in Oracle WIP, BOM, and ASCP modules.
Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle EBS Manufacturing implementation.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, costing, planning, and supply chain processes.
Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces, APIs, data migration, and system integrations.
Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Cost Management, Engineering, Quality, and MES modules is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing Certification.
Oracle WIP/BOM/ASCP Certification.
Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Certification (preferred).
ITIL Certification (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage Oracle Manufacturing applications independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of Oracle Manufacturing business processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Skills Required
