Support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the store team to meet sales and operational goals. Manage full-cycle, high-volume hourly retail recruiting: source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, drive offers and onboarding steps, maintain ATS data, report hiring metrics, support hiring events, and ensure fair, compliant hiring practices.
