Compliance Associate
My Wireless is an AT&T and Liberty Communications Authorized Retailer. We run 223 AT&T stores and 19 Liberty stores in Puerto Rico.
Our goals are simple: grow revenue, control expenses and provide a productive and efficient environment for team members to perform. Accurate, well-documented time records are part of how we protect our team members and our business. The Compliance Associate is the person who makes that happen.
Position summaryThe Compliance Associate reviews flagged time punches across My Wireless stores, documents what they find, and opens cases that the Compliance department follows through to closure.
