Support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the store team to meet sales and operational goals. Oversee staffing, inventory, store appearance, training, customer service, and daily marketing/sales initiatives. Drive personal and team performance, assist with hiring and development, and maintain a clean, engaging retail environment.

Support the Retail Store Manager by coaching and developing team members, driving sales and operational initiatives, maintaining staffing, inventory, and store appearance, delivering excellent customer service, and participating in marketing and promotional activities.

Prepare, batch, and upload high volumes of transactions accurately and on time. Reconcile batch totals, investigate discrepancies, maintain batching logs, support month-end/year-end close, and assist audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
