Designs, implements, and administers training programs and onboarding to improve team performance. Creates and tests training materials, tracks training data, communicates resources, conducts instruction, monitors enrollment and schedules, and reviews employee learning and performance to align hires with organizational goals.

Support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading staff to meet sales and operational goals, maintain store operations, deliver excellent customer service, train team members, manage inventory and store appearance, and participate in marketing and sales initiatives.
