Founding Product Lead owning an end-to-end product pod: define roadmap, drive revenue metrics, prototype and ship code, manage vendor/partner relationships, and engage customers constantly. Work is AI-native and regulated-payments focused across rails (USD, stablecoin, international). Pod-specific roles require domain expertise (onboarding, accounts/wallets, international rails with Spanish, or card acquiring).

Own the full sales cycle across LATAM, from outbound prospecting and relationship building through discovery, technical evaluation, legal, and closing. Generate and qualify pipeline, manage quota, coordinate with marketing, and sell Mural’s API-based financial infrastructure to companies adopting global payments and stablecoins. Serve as a consultative advisor to CTOs, CFOs, and treasury teams, while helping founders develop the sales playbook and revenue strategy in an early-stage startup environment.

Early-stage, full-cycle sales role to build pipeline and close deals for Mural's global financial infrastructure. Prospect, run technical/consultative evaluations, coordinate legal/technical processes, hit ambitious quota, and shape the sales playbook. Requires deep understanding of APIs, payment flows, stablecoins, and the ability to engage CTOs, CFOs, and treasury teams.

Build and own core payment infrastructure and APIs end-to-end using full-stack skills. Design robust asynchronous systems and state machines (queuing, scheduling, webhooks), collaborate with CTO, BD, and customers to shape product, and set engineering standards and best practices as an early hire.

Build and deploy full-stack financial infrastructure directly with strategic customers. Scope requirements, develop production-grade features across TypeScript, React, NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and AWS, integrate blockchain and payment systems, debug production issues, and generalize customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities. The role requires close customer collaboration, strong communication, rapid prototyping, and rigorous attention to correctness, resilience, and auditability in money-movement systems.

Build and run end-to-end talent acquisition as a founding hire: direct sourcing for senior roles, create inbound talent brand and content, design interview processes and scorecards, manage ATS and external agencies, use AI-agent tools, and own time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics while partnering with CEO and leadership.
