Founding Product Lead owning an end-to-end product pod: define roadmap, drive revenue metrics, prototype and ship code, manage vendor/partner relationships, and engage customers constantly. Work is AI-native and regulated-payments focused across rails (USD, stablecoin, international). Pod-specific roles require domain expertise (onboarding, accounts/wallets, international rails with Spanish, or card acquiring).

The Business Development Representative will generate and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities for Mural’s cross-border payments infrastructure. Responsibilities include researching fintech prospects, personalizing outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events, booking qualified meetings, documenting activity, and sharing market feedback with the GTM team. The role owns qualified meetings booked and partners closely with founders and Account Executives. Candidates should have fintech or payments sales experience, strong writing skills, familiarity with cross-border money movement, and daily experience using AI prospecting tools.

Build and own core payment infrastructure and APIs end-to-end using full-stack skills. Design robust asynchronous systems and state machines (queuing, scheduling, webhooks), collaborate with CTO, BD, and customers to shape product, and set engineering standards and best practices as an early hire.
