Build and own core payment infrastructure and APIs end-to-end using full-stack skills. Design robust asynchronous systems and state machines (queuing, scheduling, webhooks), collaborate with CTO, BD, and customers to shape product, and set engineering standards and best practices as an early hire.

First dedicated finance hire responsible for building financial models, processes, and systems; managing banks and payment partners; owning regulatory and audit reporting for money transmission; supporting fundraising and investor data rooms; and translating financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

First growth & marketing hire responsible for building and executing a repeatable acquisition engine across US and LatAm. Own channel strategy, experiments, dashboards and attribution, partner activation, event strategy and execution, and bilingual content/social/media to drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue outcomes.
