Founding Product Lead owning an end-to-end product pod: define roadmap, drive revenue metrics, prototype and ship code, manage vendor/partner relationships, and engage customers constantly. Work is AI-native and regulated-payments focused across rails (USD, stablecoin, international). Pod-specific roles require domain expertise (onboarding, accounts/wallets, international rails with Spanish, or card acquiring).

Lead Mural's visual identity, brand, and product interface end-to-end. Build a near-blank-slate brand system, create website and sales/investor materials, produce finished assets, work hands-on in design tools, partner closely with CEO, engineering, and GTM, and hire and grow a creative team while leveraging generative AI tools.

Build and run end-to-end talent acquisition as a founding hire: direct sourcing for senior roles, create inbound talent brand and content, design interview processes and scorecards, manage ATS and external agencies, use AI-agent tools, and own time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics while partnering with CEO and leadership.
