Territory-focused outside sales role responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in oil, gas, and chemical markets. Duties include consultative selling, pricing and contract negotiation, account analysis, proposal support, vendor coordination, customer service, order management, and collaboration with branch and national teams to meet sales and margin goals while promoting safety and resolving customer issues.

Provide technical support and product recommendations for instrumentation and controls, size pneumatic and electric actuators, prepare and maintain customer orders and inventory, obtain vendor quotes, maintain pricing and records, coordinate with vendors and supply management, ensure quality standards, handle overtime/on-call shifts, and travel as required.

Lead and support the Operational Support team as primary liaison with third-party yards. Manage order releases, inventory reconciliations, damage documentation, claims processing, and timely shipping. Mentor team members, handle escalations, assist with continuous improvement, maintain system work instructions, and support IT user testing.
