Leads sales strategy and outside sales teams across an assigned region. Responsibilities include hiring and developing sales representatives, managing customer relationships, forecasting, market analysis, sales reporting, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating training, and driving regional revenue and market-share goals. The role requires regular travel, including overnight stays, collaboration with regional leadership and operations, adherence to company policies, and management of confidential pricing and cost information.

Provides customer integration support through sales, consignment, inventory, and business data analysis. Creates customer reports, dashboards, flowcharts, catalog proposals, inventory recommendations, and ecommerce integration matrices. Supports project implementations, root cause analysis, accounts receivable reduction, inventory reviews, barcode labeling, end-of-month reporting, and team operations. Collaborates with customers, branches, project managers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining process quality, safety, and compliance.

Performs month-end and year-end close activities, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, analyzes general ledger and income statement variances, and supports financial reporting. Manages assigned accounts payable and receivable functions, maintains fixed asset schedules, supports audits, ensures accounting policy compliance, and collaborates with cross-functional departments. Requires strong knowledge of GAAP, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
