Provides technical inside sales support for instrumentation, controls, valves, and specialty products. Assists customers with product specifications, application troubleshooting, actuator sizing, product recommendations, pricing, quotes, orders, inventory records, and vendor inquiries. Maintains product, pricing, quality, and customer records while supporting supply management and administrative operations. Requires customer service or inside sales experience, PVF knowledge, computer proficiency, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and regular regional travel.

Responsible for growing sales and gross margin within an assigned territory. Generates new business, expands existing accounts, negotiates pricing and contracts, develops customer relationships, prepares proposals and demonstrations, coordinates with branches, vendors, supply chain, and warehouses, resolves customer issues, manages orders, and supports safety initiatives. Requires knowledge of PVF materials, consultative selling, contract terms, pricing, and customer service.

Provides administrative, clerical, customer service, purchasing, data entry, and office support for sales operations. Responsibilities include processing purchase and sales orders, sales quotes, vendor verification, expediting, reporting, file maintenance, phone support, correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and office supply management. The role requires accurate Microsoft Office use, confidentiality, multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to learn company-specific purchasing software.
